How do I place an order?

For orders of less than 4, please order through this website via the Buy Muuv link. Then choose your desired fabric color and caster/wheel type. Click Add to Cart, and you will be automatically directed to your shopping cart. Verify your order is correct and click Proceed to Checkout where you will be directed to enter billing and shipping details. Simply click Place Order and your Muuv will be queued to ship in three weeks.

Are quantity discounts available?

Yes, there are different price brackets depending on the order quantity. Please contact our Muuv Specialist at 1300 557 882 or muuv@low.com.au

Does Muuv require assembly?

Muuv is delivered fully assembled.

Will Muuv fit me?

Muuv is designed to fit people 5’2” to 6’3” and is fully adjustable. Please refer to the Optimisation videos for how to customise to your body. Due to individual varying proportions we cannot guarantee the fit.

How do I adjust my Muuv to best fit me?

What are my payment options?

What is the payment plan option?

We’ve made a simple, interest free, six-month automated Payment Plan available to Muuv customers. It’s easy to set-up, as your credit card on file will be charged monthly as a term of participation. To opt in, select the payment plan option at the time of checkout. You will be charged $650.00 per Muuv chair ordered, at the time of purchase. Followed by five equal installments that will be automatically charged to the credit card on file the month following purchase. The full balance of the purchase price shall become due upon any default. Discounts, promotions and sales are not applicable to payment plan chairs.

Will my account be charged?

When your order is placed, the payment amount of your order is authorised by your financial institution.

I am a non-profit organisation or government agency. Is there special pricing?

How accurate are the colours shown for each product?

We display as accurately as possible the textures and colours of our products. You may visit Ultrafabrics website directly and are welcome to order a free fabric sample.

I see other colours available on the Ultrafabrics website, can I choose any of these colours?

All of the Ultrafabric Helix and Viva line colors are available for custom orders. Please contact a Muuv Specialist to assist you with pricing and availability of your custom order.

I would like to order multiple Muuv chairs and/or complimentary furniture for my office. How do you handle this?

Delivery

What is the charge for shipping?

When purchasing the Muuv from our online store, delivery charges will apply to your order unless picking up from our distribution warehouse in Lismore NSW.

We provide a $35.00 delivery fee to all areas in Northern Rivers NSW & $66.00 for Brisbane QLD and surrounding areas.

All other areas please email muuv@low.com.au so we can provide you with freight costs.

Do your products require assembly?

The Muuv comes fully assembled.

Orders, Cancellations and Returns

How can I track my order?

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. We will then contact you to schedule delivery of your Muuv.

May I cancel or change an order?

Cancellations and changes can be made prior to the shipment of your order and is only confirmed by a Muuv Specialist. Please contact us at 1300 557 822 as soon as possible; orders are processed on a rolling basis. Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once they ship.

How do I return an item?

Wrong Products Received

It is very rare that you will receive an incorrect product, orders are double checked before shipping. However, if we made a mistake/error in shipping, please contact us within 2 business days of order receipt. We will promptly work to correct the situation..

Shipping Damage

Occasionally during shipment an item may incur some damage, in which case you must CALL US at 1300 557 822 within 24 hours of order being received.

If your Muuv order is sent by a logistic freight company, please KEEP ALL BOXES UNTIL CLAIM HAS BEEN CLOSED. Photos of the damaged package will be requested.

Warranty and Service

What do I do if my chair is not working properly?

All chairs come with a limited 5 year manufacturer warranty. If Muuv is damaged through normal use please contact us at muuv@low.com.au with the details. We will likely request pictures or videos of the damaged sight and the manufacturer’s label and copy of your Invoice as  proof of purchase.

How to schedule service?

If your product requires service or repair, please contact customer service on 1300 557 822. Our team will make the determination whether the issue is covered under the warranty and eligible for replacement or repair and make the necessary arrangements.

Where do I find my label?

The label will be on the underside of the seat.

My product is no longer covered under warranty, how do I get parts?

Replacement parts can be requested and purchased through costumer service.

What if I purchased from someone other than Office Warehouse?

Unfortunately, the warranty becomes void upon resale or tampering of the product because we cannot guarantee the condition or authenticity of these products.

Product Care

How do I care for my chair?

Wipe the aluminum with a soft nonabrasive cloth, similar to one you would use to clean glasses or a computer screen. We recommend only using water to clean the aluminum; because the material is highly polished be sure to spot test in an inconspicuous area to ensure no damage. Office Warehouse is not responsible for damage to the aluminum caused by chemical solution or polish.

Recommended cleaning instructions for Ultrafabrics®:

One of the best ways to keep Ultrafabrics looking great is through proper maintenance and regular cleaning to prevent excessive dirt from accumulating. To help keep your quality fabrics looking their best, follow these guidelines to extend the life of the fabric:

  • Wipe up spills as soon as they occur
  • Clean with soap and water or alcohol based cleaners
  • Sanitise using disinfectants such as (1:5) bleach/water solution
  • For stubborn stains, wipe off with isopropyl alcohol as soon as possible*
  • Thoroughly rinse all solution residue with clean water
  • Air dry

This information is not a guarantee. Please use all cleaning and disinfecting agents safely and as instructed. The use of other cleaning agents, disinfectants, conditioners or protectants is not recommended and can degrade fabric’s performance and may void Ultrafabrics warranty.
